Azure AD B2C Setup with MFA

I need an experienced Azure specialist to set up Azure AD B2C for my application.
Requirements:
- Support email/password and Microsoft Authenticator for authentication.
- Set up user flows for sign-up/sign-in, profile editing, and password reset.
- Implement custom policies as needed. specifically to enable MFA and remember device option
