Azure AI Search/Index/Indexer Open AI Tool Development

I need an experienced Azure AI developer to build and deploy a production-ready Natural Language Processing tool on my Azure subscription. The application must perform three core tasks—text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition—through a single REST or gRPC endpoint so it can slot straight into our existing micro-service architecture.

You’re free to choose between Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, or a custom model trained in Azure Machine Learning; what matters is accuracy, latency under 300 ms for a typical 2 KB text input, and a clean DevOps path (ARM/Bicep or Terraform, plus GitHub Actions). Container-based deployment to Azure Kubernetes Service is preferred, but I’m open to Functions or App Service if you can justify the choice.

Deliverables
• Source code with clear modular structure
• Infrastructure-as-code for one-click deployment in my tenant
• Unit and integration tests covering each NLP feature
• Brief README and API reference
