Azure SSO & ServiceNow Integration

I am looking for a seasoned professional who will help me integrate Azure Active Directory SSO with a ServiceNow instance that is located in a specific domain.

Key requirements include:

* Proficiency in working with Azure Active Directory and its SSO capabilities
* Experience in integrating with ServiceNow RestAPI
* Thorough understanding of data protocols as the task will involve the exchange of User Authentication Data as well as User Role and Permissions Data

Very Specific issue to troubleshoot

Using Oath2 to generate Azure SSO token, Token is generated successfully.

But when I pass the token to access RestAPI, getting following error

If I hit RestAPI with ServiceNOW credentials I am able to retrieve information.
