Azure Runbook for Guest User Management

I am looking for a professional who can create an Azure Runbook that automates the governance of guest users in my Azure environment.
Key Requirements:
- The Runbook should specifically automate the process of identifying and deleting guest accounts that are not in use.
- This process should be carried out on a monthly basis.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Azure and its Runbook service.
- Expertise in automating user management tasks.
- Prior experience in guest user governance is a plus.
