Azure & Power Platform Connectivity support

I'm in need of an Azure and Power Platform specialist to help me establish a secure connection between my Power App and Azure resources, specifically a Function App and Speech Service, using Private Endpoints.
- Current Situation: My Power App utilizes a Power Automate flow with an HTTP action. However, enabling Private Endpoints in Azure disrupts the communication between Power Platform and Azure. The connection works only when I set Azure resources to 'allow all networks', which isn't secure.
- Specific Issues: When Private Endpoints are active, the connection times out and I receive an 'Unauthorized' error.
- Authentication: I'm currently using OAuth 2.0 for these Azure resources.
