Azure Power App for Process Automation
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for a professional who can create an Azure Power App integrated with AI, specifically focused on process automation. This application will rely on a Azure Large Language Model (LLM) to suggest file renaming and path classification.
The training will be done on sharepoint folders and existing classification, including metadata.
Basically, documents in our « clients documents » sharepoint site should be embedded/inexed, and new documents added to specific « mailroom » sharepoint site should be processed via LLM, embedded/indexed in order to determine where each new document should go and how to renamed it based on rules TBD (document type, sender, date, etc), example: 2024.12.21 - Letter from Court X.pdf, or 2024.12.21 - Court decision.pdf
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Azure Power Apps and AI integration
- Proven experience in process automation
- Familiarity with training Azure LLMs
- Ability to work with cloud storage
- Strong skills in app development and data management
The primary data source for this project will be cloud storage, I.e sharepoint existing classification and azure database if required. Therefore, experience with cloud storage systems is crucial. You will be responsible for creating a system that improves efficiency and helps streamline our file management processes.
Retraining every night on new classifications done the day before should be scheduled, helping make suggestions more precise ever day.
The interface to validate suggestions and file documents should be a power app or similar integrated to ms365, open to suggestions. See www.ketl.io for ux ideas. Responsive also ideally.
All data should remain in azure tenant.
