Azure IoT Device Management Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a rapid, no-frills Azure IoT Hub environment that lets me register, update, and monitor devices in real time. The main focus is device management; sensor telemetry just needs to flow into the cloud so I can confirm it’s there for future analysis.
Deliverables
• Spin up or refine an Azure IoT Hub (with optional DPS) and document the steps.
• Enroll at least 10 sample devices—simulated or physical—showing twin properties, firmware update path, and basic health metrics.
• Route incoming sensor data to a storage/Event Hub endpoint so messages are visible.
• Hand over concise deployment scripts (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) and a quick start guide I can replay on my own.
Share the code changes required to be made on the hardware( Arduino).
Show that the environment is secured and help test the security of this environment. The data transfer from Sensor to IOT Cloud has to be secured.
Give details of the data and how can this be accessed securly by another application for visualisation of the data.
Everything should be in place ASAP—ideally within a few days. Keep custom code minimal, clearly commented, and rely on native Azure services wherever possible. Completion is reached when I can sign in, see devices listed, send a cloud-to-device command, and watch live telemetry land in the chosen endpoint.
