Azure Integration & CI/CD Architecture

I’m building a full-stack application on Azure and need an architect who can take it from design to automated deployment. The core services are fixed: Azure SQL Database for persistence, Azure Data Factory to move and transform data, and Azure API Management to expose secure endpoints.

Your role is to shape the overall architecture, write the necessary scripts, and wire up a clean CI/CD pipeline so every component moves smoothly from dev to prod. I will provide subscriptions, basic functional requirements, and access to our repo; you bring the experience to turn them into a repeatable, well-documented solution.

Key deliverables
• High-level and low-level architecture for the Azure SQL + Data Factory + APIM stack
• Infrastructure-as-code templates and/or scripts (Bicep, ARM, Terraform or similar)
• Data Factory pipelines and linked-service configurations tied to the SQL schema you design
• APIM policies, products, and automated deployments
• End-to-end CI/CD workflow in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, including automated database migrations and rollbacks
• Deployment documentation and a short hand-over session confirming everything runs via a single pipeline trigger

All code must be committed to the shared repository, pass basic linting/tests, and deploy cleanly into my test subscription without manual tweaks. If you’re comfortable orchestrating complex Azure builds and like seeing green check-marks on every commit, I’d love to work with you.
