Azure-to-Google Workspace Migration

I’m moving our organisation’s email from Microsoft Azure to Google Workspace and want the transition to be seamless for the team. We have just 3 business mailboxes and none of them exist yet in Google Workspace, so the job begins with creating the new accounts and then bringing over every message, folder and contact.

You’ll take care of the DNS changes (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), configure Google Workspace, and run the actual migration—ideally with zero data loss and as little downtime as possible. I’d also appreciate brief guidance afterwards so the staff know how to sign in, find their historical mail, and start using Gmail, Calendar and Drive without hiccups on both MacBooks and phones.

Deliverables
• Create 3 Google Workspace mailboxes that mirror the current Azure setup
• Migrate all existing mail, contacts and calendars from Azure to the new accounts
• Update DNS records and verify domain in Google Workspace
• Test send/receive, confirm data integrity and provide a short hand-over document or call on all devices-2 devices per user - 6 in total.
