Azure File Share Mapping Drive over Site to Site VPN

We have an Azure Files share and have different offices that connect to Azure over site to site VPN. One of our sites internet went down and we switched ISPs. After this users can no longer map the azure files share but they can still RDP into the servers that are in Azure. The other offices over site to site can map the azure files drive still. Looking for help troubleshooting. We can provide a computer to remote into for access to the network. Looking for someone that can start right away to help solve. Thanks =)
