Azure DevOps CI/CD for Salesforce

I'm seeking a skilled DevOps engineer with substantial Azure DevOps experience to establish a robust CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce deployments. This project focuses on automating code deployment between sandboxes using Salesforce CLI commands.

Key Requirements:
- Azure DevOps pipelines
- YAML configurations
- Docker (if necessary)
- Batch or PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata structure and deployment practices

The pipeline should include:
- Automated testing (end-to-end using Azure)
- Rollback functionality
- Approval gates
