Azure DevOps Pipeline Creation for .NET Web App

I'm looking for a skilled DevOps engineer with extensive experience in Azure DevOps and .NET applications to create a pipeline for my Web Application. The pipeline should:

- Build the application
- Push the artifact
- Replace the old build with the new one
- Start the IIS service

The source code is hosted in Bitbucket and the target server is a Windows Server.

Ideal candidates should have:

- Proficiency in .NET and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Bitbucket
- Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS
