Azure DevOps CRON no error - how to check? SIMPLE (5 stars)

I have a cron at the top of my Azure DevOps and not kicking off ?
JOB in YAML
schedules:
- cron: "00 08 * * * "
displayName: "myjob"
branches:
THERE IS NO ERRORS, just does not run ?
is there a way to see in the console ? THIS JOB RUNS NICE MANUALLY

My funds are low but will pay quick and leave 5 stars. Please give your best possible for your bid ? (something reasonable?) ANY THOUGHTS ? Please note project is due in two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed if we can get some done - then we can talk about next steps and 5 stars and another job also.
