Azure DevOPs work for Application Migration

Migration of Complete Application from one account for azure to a new account.
Broad activities involved in the project are …
1. Migrating the node.js services with azure functions.
2. Migration of cosmos databases.
3. Deployment of complete web application of View.JS.
4. Setting up an integration between azure and cosmos db for google authentication services.
5. Project has resource stored on CDN network.
6. Payment gateway integration with stripe.
We need to create the 3 environments for this application namely Development, Testing, and Production.
Understanding the existing environment and moving it to new. setup.
Currently Project is deployed on azure, and it is the working in production environment.
In production we have multiple instances of the same application because different user are using different version of mobile app developed in React Native.
Application has 3 main components,
1. NodJs web services [ internal it has following component used]
a. Cosmos database
b. Azure functions
c. Authentication with Google Authentication services.
d. Stripe Payment Gateway
e. CDN for resource storage like documents.
2. Web Application that use Node.Js services and is developed in VUEJS
3. Mobile Application - uses Node.Js services and is developed in React Native ( mobile application will be pointing to different versions)
