Azure Dev Ops Structuring

I'm looking for someone to help me restructure an existing project in Azure DevOps, also support in branching setup, CI/CD setup and implementing all neccessary security protocols for healthy deployment. Specifically, I need assistance streamlining existing processes to be more efficient. My desired timeline for completion is within a month. I have an existing project already set up in Azure DevOps, so some of the initial configuration has been done. I'm looking for an experienced professional who is able to efficiently and quickly adjust features, processes, and systems within Azure.
