Azure AI-Database Backend Integration Expert Needed

Looking for an experienced developer who can support with a backend integration task involving two databases and Azure AI services. The project requires connecting different data sources, processing data, and building a flow that uses LLM (Azure OpenAI) to query Cosmos DB and integrate with a UI layer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish secure and reliable connections between:

* A remote SQL database (accessed via pgAdmin 4)
* Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin API) hosted on another server
* Perform data extraction and filtering by writing efficient SQL queries, including joins across multiple tables.
* Query Azure Cosmos DB using the Gremlin API for recommendation-related data retrieval.
* Build Python scripts to orchestrate data fetching, transformation, and communication between the databases.
* Integrate Azure OpenAI LLM to perform natural language-style queries to Cosmos DB and return structured output.
* Pass the processed results to the EdgeVerve AINext UI screen.
* Ensure best practices in performance, error handling, and security.

**Required Skills:**

* Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin API)
* Hands-on experience with **SQL databases**, **pgAdmin 4**, and SQL joins
* Solid Python development skills
* Experience working with **Azure OpenAI LLMs**
* Ability to integrate and orchestrate data between multiple remote servers
* Understanding of API calls, data pipelines, and backend integration
* Experience with EdgeVerve AINext is a plus (optional but helpful)
