Azure Data Transformation and Integration consultant for SaaS Startup project -- 2
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We are a SaaS software company with our infrastructure mainly based on Azure.
We are looking for a technical consultant/expert who is great at building data flows and integrating different cloud applications. Our number one priority would be having someone with initiative/strong self-drive.
We would prefer working with an individual, rather than an agency.
The requirements :
- Building data (Transformation) flows between endpoints (using no code and low code tools). This experience could be in any tool (required).
- Has experience with Azure Data Factory, Apache Nifi/Airflow or Azure Fabric/Databricks (strongly preferred).
- Has experience with building (REST) API endpoints (preferred)
- Has experience with performing integration design and crafting associated artifacts (preferred)
- Has experience with integrating cloud apps using REST APIs (required) and other tech (HTML, JSON, XML, etc.)(preferred)
- Who is available ideally 16-32 hours a week per immediately (required)
- Is familiar with PostgreSQL DB and MS SQL language (required). Typescript experience (preferred).
- Has experience with the below problem set (preferred).
- Has experience with collaborating to B2B end-customers or would love to do so (preferred)
- English fluency C1 level (EU - required)
The problem set (the project):
- Connecting Customer ERP system which is based on Swagger API with our cloud platform (REST API). This requires us to build ETL and data transformation processes between both endpoints. We are eye-balling Azure Data Factory or Apache Airflow as possible tools for this.
- External API Catalog: We will need to build a new range of Externally facing APIs to connect to said ERP system based on our existing backend API catalog.
- ERP Connectors: We need to develop product standard ERP connectors so we can onboard other customers with a similar ERP system is based on Swagger API. Therefore we need to build a process where consulting staff can take out-of-the-box product templated connectors and build dataflows.
We expect this project to take until mid-December (Phase 1).
Although this is a one-time sizeable project, a great candidate would continuously see more consulting work as we need to connect new customers and integrating customer apps (our ICT consulting business arm) and a growth of our out-of-the-box product standard APIs.
