Azure Data Engineer Mentor
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer who is interested in mentoring aspiring data engineers. As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and advising students and junior data engineers on building and maintaining data processing systems on Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and mentorship to students and junior data engineers on building scalable and reliable data solutions on Azure cloud platform.
Help students and junior engineers develop skills in Azure data storage, processing, and integration services, as well as programming and scripting.
Advise on best practices for data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to technical problems.
Provide feedback on project work and help students and junior engineers improve their skills.
Help students and junior engineers develop communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and departments.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of Azure data storage, processing, and integration services.
Strong programming and scripting skills.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and departments.
At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer on Azure platform.
