About the Role:
We are seeking an independent Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in migrating windows-based applications to the Azure Cloud and integrating various APIs and third-party services. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently to manage cloud deployments, application integrations, and database systems (both RDBMS and NoSQL). A solid understanding of Azure Foundry AI Services, Azure App Services, and secure cloud architecture is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of applications from windows-based servers to Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Design, configure, and deploy Azure App Services, APIs, and related cloud infrastructure.
Integrate with Azure Foundry, third-party APIs, and other external applications.
Manage and maintain both Relational Databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL Databases in Azure.
Utilize Azure Foundry AI Services to integrate AI-powered features and solutions into the application stack.
Develop secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based applications.
Troubleshoot issues across the entire cloud stack and ensure high system availability.
Self-manage project timelines, deliverables, and problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Azure Cloud migration and application deployment.
Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure AI Services, and API Management.
Strong knowledge of API integrations with Azure Foundry and third-party platforms.
Solid understanding of Relational (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience in integrating with external applications and services.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Background in working with microservices and containerization (optional but desirable).
