Azure AD and Azure SQL and PowerApps

I have just started with Azure AD with building a CRM system using Azure SQL and for some unknown reason my O365 powerapps, will not in anyway connect to my Azure SQL and my Azure SQL Database does not recognise my powerapps, they are both on the both tenant id and i still cannot get them to talk to each other. I am looking for someone to basically connect the 2 of them together so that i can start creating an interface between my database and figma
