I would like to more on autoscaling in VMSS (vertical & horizontal)
Please find below my use case
ALB -> (VMSS1 (1VM))
CPU Utilization threshold reaches -> bring one more VM (new size) and attach to ALB
Now, If want to change capacity to 1 and I want a graceful shut down (i.e. requests getting processed inside VM should be completed with out any interruption)
and Horizontal scaling with out interrupting existing requests completion
