Azure Active Directory help

Azure is supporting a filemaker project - I need to (1) change the oauth URI on LIVE site (it's pointing to the DEV site as URI now) and (2) set up the DEV site URI correctly, I then (3) need to create super users and standard users, then I need to (4) see that the standard users are working on both LIVE and DEV sites. As this is working on sensitive data, we need to make these changes on my computer via screensharing

As an optional add-on, I am also looking for someone to help me connect to the filemaker database using Microsoft SQL Server Mgt Studio, I will post this as a separate project, but you can add to your quote here
