Azure Active Directory B2C custom flow, with custom claim attribute

We need a single custom Azure b2c flow with the following steps:

Sign In (Local Account)
1. Sign up/Sign In

Sign up (Local Account)
1. Sign up
2. Account type selection (Customer or Provider)
3. Customer (verified email, First & Last Names, Country, Phone Number)
4. Provider (verified email, First & Last Names, Country, Phone Number, Company Name)

Edit Profile (Local Account)
1. Sign In

Password Reset (Local Account)
1. Email

Claim required in app:
ObjectId
email
AccountType (custom attribute)

We also require the xml files to be either annotated where they are different from the starter packs, or documentation of the xml structure.
