Azure Active Directory BTC - Authentication

We have an urgent requirement for creation of Azure Active Directory BTC and authentication with our apps. The key is we need resource now to specifically help up create the Azure BTC directory and link it with Dynamics. If this something you could help with and are you available immediately please bid. We have developers already working on our platform and our apps are created but we urgently require development resource to help with authentication.
