Angular 19 App & .NET 8

We have an enterprise-grade Angular 19 code-base running in Azure that now needs to be spun into a brand-new mobile-first application containing only a subset of key features. Alongside the front-end work, the server side is expected to run on .NET 8, so clean API design and modern C# patterns are part of the scope.

Here is what I need from you:

• Own the build: clone the existing repository, set up a fresh solution for the trimmed-down app, and keep everything wired through our Azure Repos, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Azure App Service.
• Translate my high-level requirements into detailed estimates, sprint plans, and milestones; I rely on you to manage this process end-to-end.
• Implement the identified features (we will finalise the list together) using Angular 19 best practices, strong TypeScript typing, RxJS, and component testing.
• Create or extend .NET 8 Web API endpoints, integrate Entity Framework Core where required, and keep performance and security top of mind.
• Configure CI/CD so every push triggers automated build, unit tests, and staged deployment to our Azure environments.
• Keep documentation clear—architecture decisions, API contracts, and deployment notes.

I expect at least two developers’ worth of throughput, but I am open to you providing the resources or scaling a small team under your direction. This is intended as a long-term, full-time engagement rather than a one-off freelance task; think of it as joining the company in a remote capacity. If your bid is not starting with CW, I am not going to reply, as you didn't read this project well.
