AWS/Azure AI DevOps Demo Project, Enterprise grade

I want a working, enterprise-grade demo that shows how AI can streamline DevOps on AWS/Azure. Think of it as a small yet realistic environment I can spin up, explore, tear down, and rebuild while learning best practices along the way.

The demo should cover the full lifecycle: provisioning infrastructure as code, integrating an AI-powered component that predicts or remediates pipeline issues, and deploying a sample application through an automated CI/CD flow. Everything must run natively on Azure services.

Key deliverables
• Source code and IaC templates (ARM/Bicep or Terraform)
• AI automation logic (Azure OpenAI, ML Studio, or similar) integrated into the DevOps pipeline
or AWS tool set
• Step-by-step setup guide plus video or annotated screenshots for hands-on learning
• Clear teardown script to avoid leftover resources

Acceptance criteria
• One-click (or single-command) deployment succeeds in a fresh AWS/Azure subscription
• Pipeline self-heals or optimizes at least one build/test stage using AI inference
• Documentation enables a mid-level engineer to reproduce results without assistance
