Azure Voice Bot Integration Programmer

I'm in need of a proficient programmer to integrate/connect our Azure-built voice bot components. The main task would be to ensure a seamless integration of these components to successfully offer our voice bot to small businesses for customer service purposes.
We already have the components built into the Azure platform we just need them connected/integrated.

We will do the setup and connection for each client once our voice bot is completed and ready to deploy.

We also need help creating the map on how to connect the voice bot to the client company where the voice bot will answer calls and then we will need to be able to route calls to internal extensions, voicemail, or a calendar.

Azure Bot Service:

Azure Cognitive Services: text-to-speech functionality.

OpenAI's ChatGPT:

Azure Communication Services: For telephony capabilities, you'd use these services to integrate voice channels, allowing your bot to communicate over phone calls and route calls.

Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions: orchestrating and automating workflows between different services.
