I am looking for a skilled developer to create a small web reading tool using AWS text to speech AI or IBM Watson. The tool should be compatible with Windows or linux and should not require a mobile version, run from local.
I use this tool to read the English text, and read the local language - my learning purpose.
Requirement:
I have data stores in Row/column, they are: vocabulary, example in english and pronunciation, and meaning in Vietnamese. They will show at once and read the text to speech then move on to the next example.
There is no requirement related to technology but ideally using AI Watson, IBM text to speech, FPT AI, Javascript, Nodejs...or open to your suggest
it will be good if you used to work on kind of this project, no requirement of your experience as long as you can make the requirement become true
