Shopify–AWS Textract Automation

I run a Shopify store and need a clean, reliable bridge between it and AWS Textract. The idea is simple: whenever I drop a PDF or image (typically invoices or receipts) into an S3 bucket—or upload it directly through Shopify—Textract should pull out the key fields, then push the structured data back into Shopify where it can populate the appropriate order, product, or customer records automatically.

Here is what I am after:

• A small, maintainable AWS stack (Textract, Lambda, API Gateway or an App Proxy—whatever you feel keeps costs low and maintenance light) that receives the document, calls Textract, and returns the parsed JSON.
• A secure hand-off to Shopify via its Admin or Storefront API so the extracted data lands in the correct objects without manual mapping each time.
• Clear documentation and brief hand-off notes so I can extend the field mappings later.
