AWS Textract Integration with PHP TMS

Summary
We are seeking an experienced freelancer to integrate AWS Textract AI models into our PHP-based Transportation Management System TMS. The project involves processing PDF documents of various formats and storing data in a MySQL database hosted on AWS EC2 and RDS. This is a milestone-based project requiring a self-starter with a high level of expertise and trust.

I am very positive this old system does not support Fuzzy / Smart Match without manual addition, so we would rely on letting AWS do the matching i think.

The AI will guess almost all of that without help.

For images,
When Stop 1, must SAVE Stop, then ADD STOP. Final STOP must change STOP TYPE = Consignee
each stop has date, address, phone etc. and we need to try and attach PDF to the load with this uploadify process here, or other way.
Then save load, it will be on their load board for employee's to process remaining duties such as find driver, dispatch etc.
lets start with working that BlueGrace one first, then we can work on other samples
please be sure to have it include TEST TEST TEST visible in notes boxes or something, so it doesn't get dispatched, as they have no development server to play on.
