Computer Vision Python algorithm/model to detect events in highway
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need to develop one or more algorithms with a pretrained model to detect incidents in highway cams.
Will be events like crashes and/or traffic jams. We need to detect and differentiate both events. Also we need to identufy type of vehicle. Images quality and camera position are not always optimal, a lot of them are quite old. Ideally on AWS, but also a local version on a local notebook can work.
