Build a predictive model

I need to create a model that predicts the sales of restaurants, based on location data. I have a set of 43 stores to work with and 16 variables. I am working on a manual process to do this, and am wondering if something like Sagemaker or a similar tool can help. The output is a formula that I can apply to make the calculations that produce the predictions.
