Video Transcription & Translation on AWS

Hi there,
We have a library of videos on AWS S3 that require transcription and translation whenever a new video is uploaded. Finally, we need to show the translation captions on the video when it's played.
Deliverables: -
- Integrate lambda functions with APIs in AWS that carry out transcription and translation Or a similar setup
- API to notify us when a transcription and translation is done
- API sends back transcription data for each language
- Allow for a translation trigger whenever a new language is required
- Be able to show appropriate text on the video player based on the language chosen
- Comprehensive technical documentation of the implementation
- Debugging period of 30 days post implementation of the solution by us in our application. Request for collaboration with our team for the final implementation.
- Way to perform transcription & translation for all existing videos as well.
Further advice us on:
- Advice on which conversion platform gives maximum accuracy and supports maximum languages
- Give us costing as well as feature comparison of using conversion platforms like AWS transcribe or Whisper
Other aspects:
- Original video language and accent: American English
- Currently recorded videos are played on a web page with https://videojs.com/city
- Each video is around 1 hour long and in mp4 or webm format
