Jenkins groovy

So I have a Jenkins file that works for a single environment. I need to change the Pre-deploy stage to incorporate creating release-manifest uploading the manifest to s3 and then downloading the manifest and then using that in the rest of the Jenkins pipeline. The rest of the pipeline works. I need a stg and prd enviroment and have a bucket for each environment
