Edit AWS VOD pipeline ( step functions) add couple of things

I have an existing Pipeline ( Step Functions) for my Video Transcoding and generating HLS playlist.
I need to add Subtitle generations to the existing pipeline and subtitles have to be embedded in the HLS playlist.
In other words, I want to copy my HLS URL from DynamoDB and use it with my player and I want to see cc option just from HLS URL, the same way as I would use Vimeo or YT. ( it auto-generates and translates)
Also, I need to modify the 4k template process ( I want to make sure it generates 4k also in HLS playlist) As of now I see only 1080p
