Develop an AWS cloud based interface for predictive breeding platform -- 2

I am looking to develop an AWS cloud based interface for a predictive breeding platform that will focus on improving crop performace. The interface must have a user-friendly dashboard that offers features like advanced data analysis tools and customizable reporting options. Additionally, the platform will need to handle different types of data inputs (3 or 4 datas). I am looking for a freelancer with expertise in developing such an interface with AWS and we will provide all the code of predicitve breeding analysis. A developer just needs to implement those code at the backend and need to develop a user friendly interface. We can provide some examples if needed.
