We are seeking a freelancer with expertise in software development, API integration, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) to execute two interrelated projects:
Development of a Regulatory Module in AppFolio:
Objective: Implement a module within the AppFolio platform that enables investor subscriptions in compliance with Regulation D (particularly Rule 506c) and Regulation S.
Scope:
Analyze and define the functional requirements and design of the module.
Develop the structure and registration flows for investors, ensuring data validation and verification in accordance with the regulatory standards.
Integrate and test the solution within AppFolio, securing feasibility approval from the platform.
Estimated Timeframe: Approximately 1 business month (subject to final scope confirmation).
Development of API Integration (AppFolio and Verify Investor):
Objective: Connect AppFolio with the Verify Investor platform through API integration to automate the investor data verification process.
Scope:
Enable production and testing environments in coordination with both the AppFolio and Verify Investor teams.
Develop the integration using AWS as an intermediary platform, implementing encryption and necessary security controls.
Create a graphical interface to intuitively monitor and manage the connection.
Estimated Timeframe: Approximately 1 business month, excluding any delays in environment setup by the providers.
Budget and Additional Considerations:
Total budget allocated: USD 3500 for both projects.
The freelancer is expected to provide a detailed breakdown of estimated hours and tasks to ensure that the budget covers the entire development process without compromising quality.
The project will be developed in Venezuela, so local conditions will be taken into account to optimize development time.
