Amazon Lex Development Project in C#

We currently have an open project where we would like to deploy AWS Lex to serve as a website chat bot.

The bot will answer 3 questions for the POC.

1. When is my appointment

2. Send me my report

3. Where is my appointment.

each of these 3 intents can be requested at least 3 ways each.

when is my appointment
do i have an appointment
give appointment details

send me my report
-- what is your DOB
-- what is your mobile number?
confirm you have the correct patient before sending.
how would you like your report sent to you ? email, fax, or text?

send me the report for patient ABC XYZ


where is my appointment
i need directions to your location
what is your address.


I looking for an expert who has experience with amazon lex and the ABILITY to query a AWS RDS mysql database instance using C# lambda code to access the information that is being requested.

the POC for this project can have reduced amount of requirements to meet the POC. the deadline to complete this task will be 30 days +/-10 days. we are looking for someone who has availability to work on this project now.
