AWS SES Configuration & Production Access

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AWS SES expert to help us get our Amazon SES account approved for Production Access and ensure our email sending setup follows AWS best practices.

Our platform is a SaaS application for selling online courses, and we use SES for transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, purchase confirmations, and course enrollment notifications.

Scope of Work:

Review our current Amazon SES configuration.
Verify that our domain and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, MAIL FROM if needed) are correctly configured.
Review and improve our Production Access request.
Submit or assist with the Production Access application.
Respond to AWS support if additional information is requested.
Configure bounce and complaint handling.
Verify SMTP/API credentials and test email delivery.
Ensure the setup follows AWS email deliverability best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Amazon SES.
Experience getting SES accounts approved for Production Access.
Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, and email deliverability.
Ability to troubleshoot SES sending issues.

Deliverables:

SES Production Access approved.
Fully configured and tested email sending.
Documentation of the final setup and any changes made.
