AWS Odoo 18 Deployment -- 2

I need an experienced AWS developer to set up a development environment and deploy Odoo 18 (Community Edition) on Ubuntu.

Key tasks include:

VPC Setup:
- Configure access for XMLRPC, JSONRPC, Webhooks, MQTT/s, HTTP/s

Odoo Deployment:
- Deploy Odoo 18 with options for DB and platform on the same or separate servers
- Set up with PyCharm for both configurations
- Enable autoscaling
- Create backup and restore procedures

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in AWS services and VPC configuration
- Experience with Odoo deployment on Ubuntu
- Familiarity with PyCharm setup and autoscaling configurations
- Strong backup and restore knowledge
