AWS / Coinbase expert needed (MERN Stack skills are mandatory)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking a mid to senior Javascript Fullstack Developer, with at lest 5 years of MERN experience to help us finish a 90% completed trading application. FinTech/trading experience desirable but not required.

The project will consist of the following Deliverables:
1. [Validated by UAT Goal #1] Resolve app launch bug and implement automated app startup solution for Stage instance EC2 Start and Production instance EC2 Start.
2. [Validated by UAT Goal #2] Transform iterative AWS Lambda backtest function into a micro-service architecture for concurrency and scalability.
3. [Validated by UAT Goal #3] Connect app's 4 Live Trading Instances 1:1 with 4 separate Coinbase sub-accounts.
4. [Validated by UAT Goal #3] Resolve Coinbase Exchange API Errors to enable continuous automated trading (e.g.rate limiting, retry mechanisms, etc…) across all sub-accounts.
5. [Validated by UAT Goal #3] Implement Error Self-Recovery functionality to enable continuous automated trading (e.g circuit breaker, retry, monitoring, alerting mechanisms, etc…).
6. [Validated by UAT Goal #4] Confirm reliability of existing auto-halt functions (timer, stop loss, max drawdown).
Deliverable UAT Goals:
Goal 1. Successfully start Stage Environment and Production Environment EC2 Instances and auto-launch application from AWS EC2 dashboard.
Goal 2. Successfully complete the following backtests:
2A. Run 10 concurrent (coin-agnostic) lambda 30-day backtest operations within a 4-hour period on db data.
2B. Run 5 concurrent (coin-agnostic) lambda 30-day backtest operations within a 4-hour period on Coinbase live API data.
2C. Run 3 concurrent (coin-agnostic) lambda 6-month backtest operations within a 8-hour period on db data.
2D. Run 3 concurrent (coin-agnostic) lambda 1-year backtest operations within a 24-hour period on db data.
Goal 3. Successfully run 4 concurrent live models on separate Coinbase sub-accounts for 4 weeks without error.
Goal 4. Successfully execute the following prod environment live trading auto-halt tests:
4A: Trigger 10x 1-hour timers, 5x 1-day timers, and 3x 1-week timers
4B: Trigger 5x stop-loss halts
4C: Trigger 3x Max Drawdown halts
This will be a flat-rate deliverables based contract, paid in 4 lump-sums upon successful business UAT of each “UAT Goal”.
