Help develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
Be responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls.
Be responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
Plan ahead for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
Manage user accounts and assets, and assign and update security permissions on the network according to security policy.
Provide support with escalated help desk requests.
Need to have working knowledge RHEL, Windows & other open source technologies.
Perform typical system administrative activities.
Be responsible for simultaneous project or process activities spanning multiple technical areas.
Administration and management of multiple systems infrastructures.
Review systems performance logs to identify anomalies and troubleshoot issues.
Identify root cause and documenting troubleshooting steps to resolution.
Support active directory/LDAP, certificate services, network communications, and group policy and security compliance.
Provide 3rd tier support (problem/incident management).
Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills with both technical teams and non-technical business leaders and in direct customer-facing situations.
Work independently and in team setting to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables.
