aws developer with python. upload artifacts to s3

Hi.. I need a top expert who can work on my project and deliver things on the time. Can pay hoe much ever possible. The project is about uploading the artifacts to s3 automatically. We need to run jenkins pipeline successfully able to upload artifacts to s3. We have 8 repos . Out of which 4 i should work . The projects are Scala and python. We need to upload property files python files of the respective repo to S3 via jenkins automatically. The code is already written . we need to implement it same to each and every repository of my project. Setup the bogie file and gears file and debug check the logs and finally we need to upload the artifacts to s3. Need someone as soon as possible . Some one needs to look at the code and understand things .
