Physical Goods Community Marketplace with Event Mapping and social media options

I'm looking to develop an interactive media based community selling website with apps IOS and Android having chat options that functions as a marketplace for physical goods with social media options. This platform will also incorporate event location maps, allowing users to seamlessly find and attend community selling events.
