Planning on creating an interactive website with the following functionality:
1. User Login
2. Upload functionality - Validate the file that the user uploaded and normalize the data to a standard format that will be consumed by the map
3. Plot the data on the map after normalizing the data
4. When user hovers over the map he/she should see more info on the plotted data along with map filters
