AWS App Data Migration Partner (U.S. freelancers only, Must reside in the United States)
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I’m moving the core of my digital ecosystem AWS from my current developer to a new account management and need a hands-on specialist who can own the application-level data migration while coordinating closely with my current developer before I can sign any sales agreement on the ecosystem of fittworks.com, which is leanfitt.com and leadershipfitt.com. (documentation, secuirty, all keys, etc. must be fully changed and documented). All these have been trademarked. Coding is not essential at this time but must posses the knowledge to ensure all code is transferred 100% in a reasonable time frame.
What the transition looks like
• Current stack: React Native front end with Stripe for payments, AWS Amplify as a wrapper for services, Bedrock integrations for AI features, and Git-based workflows.
• Immediate focus: clean, verifiable application data migration into AWS—tables, user records, payment metadata—without breaking existing Amplify or Stripe flows.
• Collaboration style: you’ll work side-by-side (virtually or on-site if you’re local) with our developers, guiding best practice use of tools like AWS DMS, Amplify CLI, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, and IAM policies.
Scope of work & expected deliverables
1. Audit the current data structures and dependencies.
2. Design a migration plan that minimizes downtime and preserves data integrity.
3. Implement and execute the migration, including test runs and final cut-over.
4. Document the process and hand over scripts/config so future iterations are painless.
Success is a seamless cut-over where our React Native app and Stripe billing continue to work exactly as before—only now running natively on AWS. Nail this first phase and there’s plenty more (infrastructure tuning, security hardening, further AI feature roll-outs) we can tackle together in an ongoing partnership.
