Transport Canada Ops Manual Revision

I need an experienced aviation documentation specialist to take our existing charter company Operations Manual and bring it up to Transport Canada-ready standard. Our Principal Operations Inspector has asked for a minor amendment that centres on procedural changes, and internally we want to fold a few small tweaks into the same revision so everything is signed off in one pass.

The key task is to remove/update the fueling procedure with passengers on board, we do not believe we can ensure we can follow a procedure that reflects the latest CARs guidance. While the scope is narrowly focused, the finished product still has to look flawless: consistent formatting, correct pagination, hyperlinks where Transport Canada now expects them, and a clear change-tracking log that shows exactly what was modified.

What I expect from you:
• A fully revised Operations Manual delivered in both Word (with tracked changes) and final-form PDF.
• A concise amendment log and compliance checklist so my POI can approve the revision without follow-up questions.
• All content compiled and packaged for immediate electronic submission to Transport Canada.
