Cessna C-208 Caravan

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to build me a new Cessna C-208 Caravan aircraft. The type of aircraft that I need is an ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance), which can be used for ISR and ground surveillance operations. I need this project to be completed as soon as possible. My ideal freelancer should have prior experience with building similar aircraft and should be capable of meeting my timeframe.
