Aviation Technical Website Content Writer

Job ID: 39936080

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a writer who is comfortable translating complex aviation maintenance and consultancy concepts into clear, client-focused copy. The site speaks primarily to potential clients who care about safety, compliance, and cost-effective asset management, so every word has to balance technical accuracy with persuasive tone.

Scope of work
• Blog posts – research and draft insightful articles on topics such as technical due diligence, lease return best practices, maintenance program optimization, and evolving regulatory requirements. Each piece should be SEO-ready and include references to current standards or advisory circulars where relevant.
• Service descriptions – sharpen or create web pages that explain our core offerings (aircraft inspection, asset management, CAMO support, redelivery planning, and similar services). These pages must highlight benefits, differentiate us from competitors, and include clear calls to action.

What I’ll provide
– A high-level outline of our services and existing marketing collateral.
– Subject-matter access for clarifications.
– Style guidelines (voice, tone, preferred terminology) and target keywords.

What I expect back
– An editorial outline with suggested article titles and key messaging for each service page.
– Polished, proofread copy ready to load into WordPress (or delivered as Word/Google Docs if you prefer).
– Brief meta descriptions and on-page SEO recommendations.
– Two revision rounds to fine-tune technical depth or marketing language.

If you have experience writing for airlines, MROs, or lessors—and can show published aviation pieces—that will move you to the top of the list.
