Aircraft & Repair Station Database

Job ID: 40162188

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m building a solid prospecting base for my aviation-services business and need a structured dataset that lets me quickly understand both aircraft details and the repair stations that keep them airworthy.

Here’s what I want to walk away with: a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet (or SQL/CSV if you prefer) that pairs aircraft information with nearby or commonly used repair stations. While I’m ultimately using the data to market my services, depth and accuracy matter more to me than sheer volume.

Aircraft data
• The essentials must include tail number, make/model, year, and current owner/operator.
• Where easily obtainable, please add technical specs, last major maintenance events, and any publicly available maintenance tracking notes.

Repair-station data
• Minimum fields: facility name, certification status (FAA Part-145, EASA, etc.), core services offered, address, contact point, and proximity to major airports.

Sourcing & accuracy
I expect verifiable public sources such as FAA Registry, EASA, ICAO databases, and manufacturer or MRO disclosures. Cite each source in a separate tab so I can refresh the info later.

Deliverable
One master file linking aircraft to relevant repair stations, plus the raw source list. If you prefer a lightweight database instead of a spreadsheet, flag that in your proposal.

If you’ve worked with aviation registries, ADS-B data, or MRO intelligence platforms before, let me know—speed and familiarity with industry jargon will help us both.
